We are seeking an experienced Sr. Designer to drive success for our existing clients and anticipated client growth in 2026. This role is ideal for a hands-on designer who thrives on developing impactful campaigns that inspire action and deliver measurable results. What You’ll Be Doing The Sr. Designer creates innovative, persuasive communications, collaborating closely with copywriters, account services, and strategy teams. Under the direction of lead Associate Creative Director or lead Creative Director, this individual owns the visual execution of projects from concept through final production, setting the artistic direction across response advertising, marketing materials, and creative campaigns in print, direct mail, broadcast TV, video, websites, email, digital ads, and video. Conceptualize and design for assigned clients with a strong focus on driving response, while supporting client retention and growth goals Collaborate with copywriters and art partners to create on-strategy marketing and communications materials across all media Work within cross-departmental teams—including copy, art, account services, and production—to define creative output, concepts, strategies, and tactics that meet or exceed objectives Present creative concepts to internal teams and clients Manage projects from initial design through final production, ensuring files meet specifications for all media; work with operations and production teams to ensure budget and scheduling requirements are met Remain current with latest version of all applications and tools in use (Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, etc.) to maintain mastery across all applications   Position Requirements What We’re Looking For Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, fine arts, advertising, or related field 5+ years’ experience Portfolio demonstrating inspired, award-worthy work and the ability to drive measurable results Experience across a range of consumer and corporate advertising assignments in multiple media channels, including digital and print Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (specifically InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects) , Figma, and Microsoft PowerPoint Passion for seeing work in action—moving consumers and making measurable impact in the marketplace Strong combination of craftsmanship, imagination, and design thinking across media Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present creative concepts to internal teams and clients Location & Work Environment This is a remote position with occasional in-person meetings required at DMW’s office in Chesterbrook, PA.
