Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word

Ability to calculate figures and amounts for students

Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions.

  1. Work environment and physical functions

This position is located in an office environment. Generally, an employee needs to be able to sit, stand, and navigate within the office area. The office equipment either individually used or shared with a department is the responsibility of all employees.

Preferred:

Prior experience in financial aid, student accounts, or higher education office

Familiarity with FAFSA, federal and state aid programs

Experience with student information systems

Bilingual – English and Spanish
