Overview: We are seeking a skilled and collaborative Regional Director of MDS to oversee assessment accuracy, clinical reimbursement, and quality performance across our long-term and post-acute care communities. This role ensures compliant, timely, and precise MDS processes while driving initiatives that strengthen 5-Star Quality Measures and overall facility performance. The Regional Director will support and coach facility teams to maintain consistent, high-quality MDS practices throughout all HMR communities. Key Responsibilities: Provide leadership, training and oversight to facility MDS Coordinators and interdisciplinary teams. Monitor facility performance in MDS accuracy, reimbursement, Quality Measures and 5-star ratings Conduct audits and data analysis to identify trends, compliance risks, and opportunities for improvement Collaborate with operations, clinical, and IT leaders to optimize data integrity, workflow efficiency, and system utilization. Provide onsite and remote support to facility teams; up to 50% travel required. Qualifications: Registered Nurse (RN) license preferred; or LPN with 10+ years MDS experience and at least 2 years multi-site experience 5+ years of long-term or post-acute care experience, including leadership or corporate-level oversight. Expert in multi-facility MDS coordination. Strong knowledge of federal and state long-term care regulations.
