The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience operating a variety of construction equipment and a strong commitment to safety, quality, and teamwork. Key Responsibilities: Operate construction equipment including: Truck-mounted drills and post driving equipment, Skid steers, Mini excavators, Forklifts and other equipment as needed. Perform fence and guide rail installation work Conduct daily equipment inspections and report maintenance needs Load, unload, and transport materials safely Follow all safety regulations, job site procedures, and project plans Work effectively with crew members and supervisors Maintain a clean and organized job site Minimum Qualifications: Minimum of 2 years of experience operating construction equipment Demonstrated experience operating truck-mounted drills and post drivers, skid steers, and mini excavators Ability to work safely on active construction sites Valid driver’s license required CDL is a plus, but not required Schedule Regular hours: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM Night shift work on occasion, as required by project needs Compensation: Minimum Pay Rate is $23.00 per hour  Maximum Pay Rate is $28.00 per hour  Pay is dependent upon experience.
