The optimal candidate for this position would have a minimum of 2 years construction experience, and a willingness to learn all aspects of the job. Role and Responsibilities: Includes installing guardrail products on Highways and commercial sites.  Proficiency with power tools, core drills, hammer drills, band saws, grinders, etc Experience operating skid steers or aerial lifts is a plus. Qualifications: 1-2 years of hands on experience using power tools Valid Driver's License with Clean Driving Record OSHA certification a plus Compensation:  Minimum Pay rate is $20.00 an hour. Maximum Pay rate is $23.00 an hour  Pay rate is dependent upon experience Shift Requirements: This position may require night shift work.
