Share Email Opening Title Steward  Description The STEWARD for ISLAND VIEW CASINO RESORT is responsible for the cleanliness of the kitchen and equipment in the various food outlets. This position is responsible for washing of dishes used in food and beverage outlets, maintenance and sanitation of all food service operations. Performs duties such as dishwashing, cleaning of all production equipment, floor cleaning and trash removal.   Responsible for stocking all china, keeping areas sanitized and organized. Complies with all methods of safely handling cleaning supplies. Monitors area supplies and communicates to immediate supervisor. Assists other team members in wear washing.
