Provide quality professional resident care, activity, and services necessary for the personal needs and comfort of our residents. The social services assistant aids and maintains a continuing program for psycho-social-emotional needs under the supervision of the Director of Social Services.   Position Requirements BSW, MSW preferred. Knowledge of family systems and the aging process. Comfortable with the discharge planning process and completion of necessary documentation, including MDS.
