Are you an Occupational Therapist (OT) looking for flexibility, variety, and meaningful patient-centered work? We have an exciting PRN opportunity supporting outpatient and home care services across several Chicagoland locations.
About the Role
Our COC program provides both outpatient and home care therapy services to residents living in Alden Assisted Living and Independent Living Communities, allowing patients to receive high-quality care right where they live.

• Provide outpatient therapy (documented in TheraOffice)
• Flexible weekday schedule (Monday–Friday, 7:00 a.m.–6:00 p.m.)
