This is a full-time position with steady hours and no weekend work. Job Responsibilities Follow supervisor directions to meet the daily goal of servicing customers accurately and efficiently. Pick up and deliver mail safely and on time to the USPS and UMS facilities. Navigate assigned route(s) accurately and complete them in the most time-efficient and safe manner. Load and unload vehicles in a timely and safe manner. Represent UMS in a professional and courteous manner with all customers. Report customer requests and concerns back to the facility each day. Conduct pre-trip inspections and promptly report any vehicle issues. Adhere to all UMS driver safety policies and procedures. Work independently or as part of a team, adapting as needed if routes or production change. Escalate problems to supervisors or managers when necessary.
