This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys both technical and hands on work, wants variety in their day, and is interested in cross-training across departments. What You’ll Do Operate and monitor production equipment. Process and prepare customer data/files for printing and mailing projects. Learn and use department software and systems to support workflow. Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on machines. Maintain accurate logs, documentation, and quality checks for all projects. Assist with supply management and keep work areas organized. Cross-train and support other departments to build well-rounded skills. Follow all company policies on safety, attendance, and professional conduct. What We’re Looking For Strong attention to detail and ability to follow directions. Interest in working with both machines and computer-based tasks. Willingness to learn new systems and equipment. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Must be able to lift 20–25 lbs. repeatedly and stand for long periods. Reliable team player with good communication skills. Why Join UMS?
