As a key member of the Executive Team, this leadership role ensures high-quality treatment environments, trauma-informed practice, and strong outcomes that support safety, healing, and transition to community-based living. Key Responsibilities Provide strategic leadership and operational oversight across congregate care programs Ensure youth receive comprehensive supports including education, medical care, therapy, life skills, and family engagement Lead, coach, and develop management-level staff while upholding performance excellence Manage program budgets, census, and compliance with Medicaid Monitor outcomes and quality measures to drive continuous improvement Support innovation, staff development, and community relationships   Position Requirements Qualifications Master’s degree in Social Work or related field (License preferred) 10+ years of experience managing leaders and multiple teams in residential or child welfare services Strong skills in leadership, strategic planning, budgeting, and performance management Knowledge of Medicaid Rules 132 & 140, FFPSA, and COA standards Commitment to trauma-informed, culturally responsive care   This position is currently accepting applications.
