The Director will lead a team of management-level staff, ensure excellence in service delivery, drive program development, and maintain full compliance with agency standards, contractual requirements, and state/federal regulations-all while upholding the agency's trauma-informed practice model. Key Responsibilities Lead strategy, operations, and quality outcomes across child welfare programs Supervise and coach management staff and support their professional development Maintain contract, licensing, Medicaid, and COA compliance Manage budgets, outcomes data, and staffing needs Support new program development and community partnerships   Position Requirements Qualifications Master’s degree in Social Work or related field (LCSW preferred) 10+ years of experience managing leaders and teams in child welfare or similar field Strong leadership, communication, budgeting, and strategic planning skills Commitment to trauma-informed and culturally responsive care Valid driver’s license auto insurance   This position is currently accepting applications.
