Downs Rachlin Martin – one of Northern New England’s largest law firms – is seeking a Litigation Associate Attorney to join its Burlington, Vermont office. The ideal candidate will have excellent academic credentials, strong research, writing and communication skills, and substantial experience in discovery and motion practice. DRM’s litigation group is engaged in a wide variety of complex and interesting commercial and other litigation matters, including business and contract disputes, white collar defense and criminal and civil government enforcement matters, internal investigations, complex litigation including antitrust, securities and class actions, health care fraud, medical malpractice defense and professional licensing.
The ideal candidate has at least five years of relevant experience and wants to be part of an energetic, collaborative team of attorneys committed to delivering top-quality service to individuals, institutions and growing and successful businesses.

The expected pay range is $97,500 to $121,000 a year, with opportunity for bonuses. This is the pay range we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.
This is an in-person position and occasional travel to other DRM offices may be required.
