Full-Time Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA)
Location: Alden Courts Waterford (Dementia experience preferred)
Community Physical Therapy (CPT) is a therapist-led organization providing Physical, Occupational, and Speech Therapy throughout Chicagoland and southern Wisconsin. We're committed to evidence-based care, strong teamwork, and a supportive environment where therapists thrive.
What You'll Do:
• Provide high-quality therapy services in alignment with CPT and facility standards
• Support daily rehab department operations
• Build strong relationships with patients, families, and care teams
What We're Looking For:
• Active Illinois PTA license
• Dementia and SNF experience preferred (but we're happy to train)
• Familiarity with Net Health a plus
• New grads welcome
