Social Work p.r.n. is seeking an experienced Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) for a temp-to-hire opportunity in an Assisted Living facility. The therapist will provide individual counseling to residents experiencing depression, anxiety, and other mental health concerns. This role is ideal for a clinician who enjoys working with older adults and values a supportive, team-oriented environment.   Responsibilities: Conduct individual therapy sessions addressing depression, anxiety, grief, and adjustment issues. Complete psychosocial assessments and individualized treatment plans. Enter progress notes and documentation accurately and promptly in the facility’s EMR system. Collaborate with facility staff, nursing, and families to support residents’ emotional well-being. Participate in care coordination and case review as needed.     Position Requirements PA LCSW license required. Experience in geriatric, assisted living, or long-term care settings preferred. Strong clinical assessment and documentation skills. Ability to work independently while maintaining collaboration with facility staff.
