Responsibilities: To conduct and coordinate the development and completion of the resident assessment in accordance with the federal and state requirements and the policies and goals of this facility. Key Qualifications: Must possess, as a minimum, a Nursing Degree from an accredited college or university. Must have, as a minimum, 1 year(s) of experience in a hospital, long-term care facility, or other related health care facility. Must have experience in completing and coordinating MDS assessments in a long-term care or skilled nursing facility.
