Community Physical Therapy (CPT) is a therapist-led organization serving the greater Chicagoland and Southern Wisconsin regions. We are seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team at Alden Valley Ridge.
CPT provides Physical, Occupational, and Speech Therapy services across skilled nursing facilities, outpatient programs, and assisted and independent living communities. Our leadership team is composed of licensed clinicians who understand and value the essential work you do every day.

Provide high-quality speech therapy services in accordance with CPT and facility standards
Maintain accurate, timely documentation
Collaborate with patients, families, and interdisciplinary teams to support functional progress
Qualifications
Master's degree in Communication Disorders
Illinois license
CCC-SLP or currently completing CFY
Preferred: SNF experience; familiarity with Net Health
