As a Direct Support Professional (DSP), you’ll be part of that mission—walking alongside people as they reach their goals and live with choice and confidence.
What We Offer:
- $18.00+ per hour plus various shift differential
- Bi-weekly pay with direct deposit

What You’ll Do:
- Partner with people to support daily living and community participation
- Encourage skills that promote independence, self-advocacy, and inclusion
- Provide support with routines, personal care, cooking, and activities that build confidence
- Create opportunities for people to thrive at home, at work, and in their community

What We’re Looking For:
- Age 18+ with a high school diploma or GED
- Team players ready to work flexible shifts and connect with people
- Caregiving experience is helpful, but not required—we provide training!
- Must meet insurance eligibility for driving OCCK vehicles
- Availability to work at least one weekend and one overnight shift
