Description

Duties:

  • Management and ownership of redeployment activity including order entry, working with various warehouse departments to process hardware
  • Providing a single point of contact for external customer and sales team for assigned account  (day to day activity) and projects (activity with defined end date)
  • Managing brokerage process of customer-owned product being sold or recycled
  • Backing up the other Project Administrators as needed
  • Generating billing documents and summaries as needed for the assigned accounts
  • Creation of Receiving PO’s, customer-owned SKU’s in ERP tool
  • Management of customer standards on online ordering tool
  • Management of deployment schedules during rollouts to ensure correct product is delivered on time
  • Act as a liaison between multiple departments on specific projects
  • Responsible for internal customer service by assisting with problems, issues and questions
  • Assisting the other Project Administrators with work overflow
  • Generating reports to external and internal customers

 

Job Requirements:

  • Project management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent time management and multi-tasking skills; ability to handle multiple projects successfully
  • High level of accuracy with order entry
  • Excellent skills using Microsoft Office applications such as Excel, Outlook, Word and Visio
  • Technical and IT experience helpful
  • Good problem solving skills and ability to adjust to rapidly changing situations
  • Ability to work with a minimum of direction
  • Team player willing to quickly and efficiently resolve issues
  • 2 year associates degree or equivalent work experience
  • Self Motivated and enthusiastic
  • Willing to expand personal knowledge if additional responsibilities are requested
