What We’re Looking For
So, what does it take to join a winning team? Here’s what we’re looking for:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first attitude
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP systems (e.g., Eclipse, Epicor, or similar). and ability to learn to use data analytical programs such as PHOCAS & Strategic Pricing / SPARXiQ
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Experience and Educational requirements will vary depending on the position applied for
Preferred:
- Knowledge of electrical, lighting, and/or plumbing products
- Experience in distribution or wholesale environments

Physical Working Requirements:
Work Environment:
- Primarily performed in an office setting. May require occasional travel to other company locations, supplier meetings, or industry events (driving or flying).
Visual and Auditory Requirements:
- Ability to read and interpret documents, spreadsheets, and written communication clearly
- Ability to hear and communicate effectively in person, over the phone, and through written communication
Manual Dexterity:
- Frequent use of hands and fingers to operate computers, office equipment, and tools
- Ability to manage paperwork and perform data entry efficiently
