Provides trauma-informed, housing-first case management to help families heal from trauma, restore hope, and achieve stable housing. Partners with families to assess needs, develop service plans, coordinate community resources, and monitor progress. Collaborate with outside agencies to ensure seamless delivery of services.   Position Requirements BSW and at least one year of human services experience, strong communication skills, teamwork, and commitment to social work values.
