SUMMARY

In this role, you will assist the First Security EBanking Department in managing all electronic banking products, including ATM services, debit and credit card programs, and online bill payment systems. This position requires employees to work on-site.

- High school diploma or general education degree (GED) will be required at the completion of your graduating year.
- 1-2 years of post-secondary education and/or customer service, relevant banking, or professional experience is preferred.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, and a customer service-oriented attitude are required.
- Proficiency with Outlook, Word, Excel, typing, 10-key and utilization of the internet is required.
- Willingness to demonstrate Core 5 values with customers and coworkers.
HOURS OF AVAILABILITY: Regularly scheduled hours/week: 40 hours per week | Monday - Friday 8:00am-5:00pm | *Extended working hours may be required.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Stay informed on current industry trends, scams, fraud tactics, and security risks to support effective risk management and protection strategies.
- Ensure full compliance with bank and departmental policies, audit standards, the Customer Identification Program (CIP), Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) guidelines, and all applicable regulatory requirements.
- Carry out daily tasks as required, ensuring that all assigned responsibilities, whether daily, monthly, or quarterly, are completed in a timely and efficient manner.
- Deliver exceptional support by assisting customers and employees with inquiries and providing knowledgeable guidance on banking products and services.
- Maintain strict confidentiality of customer account information to protect bank operations and uphold customer trust, in full compliance with privacy regulations and internal policies.
- Operate essential office equipment including computer software, telephones, scanners, and copiers. Expected to develop proficiency in internal bank systems and applications.
- Maintain a valid driver's license and access to reliable transportation to ensure timely, on-site attendance at the assigned location. Demonstrate flexibility and a willingness to work extended hours when required.
- Additional duties may be assigned by management.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS

The employee must have the ability to hear and articulate well enough to carry on a normal conversation, both in-person and over the telephone. Visual abilities required by this job include the ability to read materials in either a printed format or on a computer screen. The employee must occasionally lift and move up to 10 pounds.
