Share Email Opening Title Front Office Coordinator  Location Forum Health Tampa   Full-Time/Part-Time Part-Time   Exempt/Non-Exempt Non-Exempt   Compensation $15.00 - $17.00 per hour   Description Forum Health is a nationwide network of medical providers and offices specializing in precision integrative and functional medical services. We are looking for a part-time Front Office Coordinator to support our Tampa, FL office. The Front Office Coordinator provides outstanding customer service to patients and administrative support to our medical team in a fast-paced clinical environment. This position manages a high volume of patient interactions and phone calls. The role will be Monday-Friday with flexible hours, approximately 20 hours per week. This role has the potential to grow into a full-time position as the clinic continues to grow. Key Responsibilities: Greet Patients Answer incoming calls, faxes and emails Taking detailed messages for the Medical staff Provide each patient with excellent, personalized service Scheduling appointments Invoicing and inventory control Accounts Receivable Order fulfillment and shipping Patient documentation Qualifications: High School Diploma/GED required Excellent customer service skills QuickBooks experience a plus Excellent phone etiquette Detail oriented Ability to Multitask Team Player Holistic Health experience a plus Excellent communication skills both verbal and written Comfortable with daily office and administrative duties Must be authorized to work in the United States without the need for sponsorship now or in the future We are located at: 3820 Northdale Blvd., Ste. 107-a Tampa, FL 33624   EOE Statement We are an equal employment opportunity employer.
