We are seeking a Contracts Administrator to join our team, on a full or part time basis, working remotely to support the Corporate Contract Office with contract support and review and analysis of contracts. The Contracts Administrator is responsible for the administration and coordination of all TCG (and sister companies) contracts, subcontracts, and other related agreements and documents including but not limited to internal/external business contracts, consulting agreements, and teaming agreements. The ideal candidate will:

  • Negotiating, administering, logging and filing complex contracts, subcontract and grant agreements, ensuring compliance with FAR, FTR and other related documentation.
  • Communicating with government and private industry contracting personnel regarding contract related issues.
  • Developing, preparing, and presenting special clauses and terms and conditions in bid or proposals related to the award of contracts.
  • Tracking contract terms such as mods, funding and period of performance.
  • Performing contract pricing and closeouts.
  • Reviewing RFPs, identifying risky terms and conditions; reviewing pricing files, ensuring proposals are compliant with RFP terms and conditions and delivered on time.
  • Overseeing Small Business Program requirements to include subcontracting plan and associated reporting.
  • Collaborating on the determination of cost proposal policies, standards and procedures and any updates to the approved estimating system.
  • Maintaining a current knowledge of relevant contractual procedures and practices
  • Performing other administrative duties as needed.
 
Position Requirements

Requirements: Required Education, Skills and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
  • Less than 5 years’ experience with DoD Contracting / Acquisition, DFARS. Government Travel Regulations and Navy Contracts.
  • Detailed oriented, ability to work in any office environment.
  • Pricing experience a plus.
  • Experience with SAM, GSA, SeaPort Portal, Adobe, and Superior Excel skills.
  • Ability to provide guidance on contractual and program issues.
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret Clearance.
