This leader will oversee all aspects of pharmacy operations, ensure regulatory compliance, champion clinical excellence, and play a key role in developing client relationships and promoting Care Central Rx’s services to partners and stakeholders.   Key Qualifications: Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) from an ACPE-accredited college of pharmacy required or RPh Active pharmacist license in South Carolina (or eligibility for reciprocity). 3+ years of experience in long-term care (LTC) pharmacy operations Experience with mail-order pharmacy preferred. At least 1 year of pharmacy management or director-level experience. Board Certification in Geriatric Pharmacy (BCGP) preferred. Strong working knowledge of Medicare Part B/D, PECOS, EMRs (e.g., PointClickCare), and LTC pharmacy systems (e.g., QS1, RedSail, FrameworkLTC). Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Willingness to obtain licensure in multiple states (company paid). Experience with pharmacy automation (ATP2, Parata Max, Synmed XF) is a plus.
