Training will be held onsite, however, once trained this is an AT HOME position.
Duration of Employment: October 20, 2025 - January 9, 2026.
Available schedules will be anywhere between 20-40 hours per week based on call volumes.
This position will be trained to handle both sales and customer service calls and will be a back up to our permanent staff.
Our Call Center Hours of Operations are Monday-Friday from 7:00a - 5:00p (What? No nights or weekends!) You must be available to work a shift between these hours.
Job Summary: You will be the first personal contact our customers have with Franklin Planner. You must be able to provide exceptional sales and customer service that will meet or exceed our customer's expectations. You'll answer incoming sales and customer service calls from Franklin Planner catalog and web customers, correctly fill their order requests, and offer additional products to complement and complete their order. Strong sales skills wanted! Must be patient and pleasant with our customers.
Essential Job Functions:
- Answer all incoming calls and place product orders in a call center environment.
- Develop a strong knowledge of our products so you can suggest products to our customers wisely, and upsell items that match their needs.
- Represent Franklin Planner in a positive, professional way by providing exceptional sale technique and customer service.
- Must meet and maintain compliance to all company and call center quality standards and policies.
