This pivotal role is dedicated entirely to direct clinical service delivery and case management. Clinicians will manage a consistent caseload of 7 youth, providing a minimum of 6 clinical hours per youth each week. This includes individual, family, and group therapy, along with a flexible clinical hour for crisis intervention, skill-building, or collateral sessions. Therapeutic services focus on critical areas such as behavioral and emotional regulation, family dynamics, pre-vocational/vocational planning, legal needs, and essential life skills development. A strong understanding of and compliance with PerformCare requirements (JCR, TJCR, DJCRS) for timely and accurate documentation is essential. Our clinicians actively participate in all required team meetings, provide crucial leadership in crisis intervention, and join an on-call emergency rotation. We offer consistent weekly schedule options, including Monday-Friday, Sunday-Thursday, or Tuesday-Saturday, with flexibility for late days to accommodate client needs.   Position Requirements NJ LSW or LCSW required.   This position is currently accepting applications.
