The Test & Evaluation Data Resource Manager plays a crucial role in the Defense industry by ensuring the effective management and utilization of test and evaluation data throughout the product lifecycle. This role requires a strategic thinker who will oversee the collection, storage, analysis, and dissemination of data related to testing and evaluation processes for defense systems. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with engineers, researchers, and stakeholders at multiple test sites to establish a strategy for data management tools and processes that enhance decision-making and support rigorous evaluation standards. As a key player in our organization, you will lead initiatives to refine data collection methodologies. Your expertise will help to drive innovation and improve the reliability and performance of defense systems under development. The role demands a proactive leader with strong analytical skills and an ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. By harnessing cutting-edge technologies and data analytics tools, you will contribute to the advancement of our defense capabilities and help shape the future security initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate with government and industry missionsystems flight test engineers, instrumentation teammembers, and data team members to understandflight test data requirements and architect solutionsto address all test point needs.
  • Address and coordinate architecture, resources,hardware and software tools, developmentresources, and reduction/analysis resourcesrequired to meet the analysis product needs of agiven flight test program.
  • Assist engineers in defining, planning, andorganizing data requirements.
  • Assist Data Team in designing, developing, andmodifying data reduction tools and processes.
 
Position Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in data management.
  • Strong understanding of test and evaluation processes and methodologies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to lead projects and initiatives with minimal supervision in a dynamic environment.
 
Salary Range 110K-170K and will commensurate with experience  
Full-Time/Part-Time Full-Time  
Level of Clearance Required Secret/Top Secret desired  
Amount of Travel Occasional travel expected
