Performing job cost project data entry, reconciliation and completion of project details. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Proficiency in or knowledge of using a variety of computer software applications, especially Microsoft Excel, Outlook and Word software. Knowledge of office administration procedures. Ability to operate most standard office equipment. Attention to detail in composing, typing and proofing materials, establishing priorities and meeting deadlines. Good to excellent spelling, grammar and written communication skills. Excellent telephone and oral communication skills.   Position Requirements Qualifications include an Associate’s Degree in Accounting or Business or equivalent experience plus a minimum of three years’ experience, strong organizational and communication skills.
