Taylor is seeking a Model Based System Engineer (MBSE) Modeler to support the National Air and Space Intelligence Center (NASIC) at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base (WPAFB) in Dayton, Ohio. This individual will provide engineering model support for scenario-based campaign planning by creating systems models using SysML 2.0 or similar Design Innovation Environment (DIE) tools. Daily responsibilities include collaborating with all-source analysts and other stakeholders to develop models of specific regional scenarios, documenting modeling processes, and adhering to agreed-upon delivery timelines. The candidate will support the Scientific and Technical Intelligence community, providing meaningful contributions in a fast-paced environment. The position requires a combination of technical and task management skills and the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively on a focused technical team of engineers, analysts, and scientists.   Position Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Physical Sciences, Computer Engineering, Data Science, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a closely related field. 5+ years of relevant experience in engineering, science, or mathematics. Strong foundation in systems engineering and Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE). Experience with scenario-based modeling for campaign planning and execution. Proficiency in Systems Modeling Language (SysML), ideally version 2.0. Familiarity with Cameo, AFSIM, NGTS, ArcGIS, or similar tools. Technical leadership experience. Familiarity with INDOPACOM, EUCOM, and CENTCOM AORs. Experience processing and analyzing large datasets, preferably with AI/ML models. Excellent organizational, written, and verbal communication skills. Strong collaboration and stakeholder engagement abilities. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment. Enthusiasm for learning and adapting to new technologies. Must reside within commuting distance to WPAFB, OH or be willing to relocate.   Salary Range Will be commensurate with experience   Full-Time/Part-Time Full-Time   Level of Clearance Required Active DoD Top Secret Security Clearance with SCI eligibility required   Amount of Travel Minimal   About the Organization J.F.
