Corporate Cleaning Group is looking for a friendly and professional individual to join our team as an Office Administrative Assistant.
***This is a temporary position (up to 2-months) with the possibility of permanent employment***
The ideal candidate for this position will have a keen interest in the front desk and a proven track record of customer service excellence. As a member of our team, the successful candidate will greet our customers with professionalism and will be responsible for answering telephone inquiries and directing calls.
Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:30 am-5:00 pm
Pay ranging between $16.00-$18.00 an hour
The Office Administrative Assistant will be responsible for various duties at our main office, including but not limited to the following:
- Answer incoming phone calls and emails for the Corporate Office.
- Maintain office supply/stock levels for running daily office operations.
- Sort and process all incoming mail.
- Monitor and order parts/supplies as requested by Management team members.
- Fulfil orders and manage shipping of supplies through USPS, UPS or Fedex.
- Complete proposal documents
- Assist with hiring staff including, scheduling interviews, complete background checks and onboard new hires.
- Prepare, edit and distribute reports to management.
- Preparing various documents utilizing Microsoft Office Suite software

- 1-2 years minimum experience in office oversight duties is required.
