Corporate Cleaning Group is looking for a friendly and professional individual to join our team as an Office Administrative Assistant. 

***This is a temporary position (up to 2-months) with the possibility of permanent employment***

The ideal candidate for this position will have a keen interest in the front desk and a proven track record of customer service excellence. As a member of our team, the successful candidate will greet our customers with professionalism and will be responsible for answering telephone inquiries and directing calls.

Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:30 am-5:00 pm

Pay ranging between $16.00-$18.00 an hour

The Office Administrative Assistant will be responsible for various duties at our main office, including but not limited to the following:

  • Answer incoming phone calls and emails for the Corporate Office.
  • Maintain office supply/stock levels for running daily office operations.
  • Sort and process all incoming mail.
  • Monitor and order parts/supplies as requested by Management team members.
  • Fulfil orders and manage shipping of supplies through USPS, UPS or Fedex.
  • Complete proposal documents
  • Assist with hiring staff including, scheduling interviews, complete background checks and onboard new hires.
  • Prepare, edit and distribute reports to management.
  • Preparing various documents utilizing Microsoft Office Suite software

Some of the attributes that we are looking for in this position include:

  • 1-2 years minimum experience in office oversight duties is required.
  • Proficient in using MS Office suite i
  • Personable and energetic, with a great phone presence.
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to follow written and oral directives effectively.
  • Exceptional written and oral communication.
  • Ability to self-direct and recognize needs of the office and staff as they arise.
