This temporary role supports the Social Services Director to ensure residents' medical, emotional, and social needs are met. Responsibilities include admission and discharge planning, assessments, care plan development, coordinating room changes, and maintaining accurate, survey-ready records in PointClickCare or similar systems. The Social Worker builds relationships with residents and families, addresses concerns, and assists with allowance fund management.   Position Requirements A BSW or MSW with two years of long-term care experience is required, along with proficiency in PointClickCare and Microsoft Office.   This position is currently not accepting applications.
