In Office.  Qualified candidates will be responsible for providing assistance to both the Commercial and Residential Divisions in the area of CAD and detailing. Qualified individuals will have a minimum of 3 years AutoCAD experience. Candidates should have the ability to read blue prints and take-offs in order to compose plans for fabrication / permitting. Desired qualifications required for this position include a full understanding of all aspects of miscellaneous metal fabrication. Candidates should have thorough knowledge of the current building codes such as IBC, ICC and ANSL. Long® Fence produces a variety of aluminum railings, fence, decks, screened porches and sun rooms all of which require drawings, details and build sheets.  Skills should include the ability to read and understand plans.  You will be responsible for transferring the field details to shop drawings and build sheets. Qualified individuals will be responsible for interfacing with the sales managers, project managers, sales associates and the fabrication departments. Applicants should have excellent verbal and written communication skills. Additionally, applicants must hold and maintain a Valid Driver's License be able to pass a Pre-Employment Drug Test.  Pay rate is dependent upon experience. This is an hourly position. Minimum pay rate is $26.00 per hour Maximum pay rate is $29.00 per hour  All candidates must pass a Pre-Employment Drug Test, this test includes Marijuana.
