This is a critical role that ensures the quality and reliability of electrical systems and components. As a Senior Electrical QA Technician, you will be responsible for executing quality assurance processes and conducting inspections against stringent industry standards. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including design engineers and production staff, to identify issues early in the development process and support corrective actions. Your expertise will be essential in maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements and ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of safety and performance. Responsibilities Conduct thorough inspections of electrical components and systems to ensure compliance with specifications and quality standards. Collaborate with engineering and manufacturing teams to identify and resolve quality issues early in the product development lifecycle. Document inspection results, maintain quality records, and prepare reports. Participate in root cause analysis and corrective action planning for non-conformances and product defects. Stay updated on industry standards, regulations, and best practices pertaining to electrical quality assurance.   Position Requirements   High school diploma or equivalent. Minimum of 3 years of experience in electrical quality assurance or related roles in the DoD industry. Strong understanding of electrical systems and components, including their design and performance requirements. Proficiency in quality assurance methodologies, tools, and techniques such as ISO and AS9100 standards. Familiarity with electrical testing equipment for inspection and validation purposes. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical personnel. Detail-oriented mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.     Salary Range $33.66-$43.27/per hour and will commensurate with experience   Full-Time/Part-Time Full-Time   Level of Clearance Required Secret Eligible   Amount of Travel None   About the Organization J.F.
