We're looking for a Skilled General Laborer with a passion for working with tools, solving problems, and building custom solutions that help businesses thrive.   What You’ll Do Assemble and install custom interiors & exteriors for commercial vans Wire and troubleshoot AC & DC electrical systems Insulate, clean, and detail vehicles Work with hand and power tools (saws, drills, routers—you name it!) Follow safety protocols and keep your workspace organized Bring ideas, teamwork, and a strong work ethic every single day   What We Offer Multiple medical, dental, and vision plan options Company-paid short-term disability & life insurance Optional buy-up coverage (life, accident, cancer, etc.) 401(k) with a competitive company match Paid time off (after 90 days), holiday pay, and more Employee discounts on vehicle purchases, parts, and service     Position Requirements   What You Bring High school diploma or equivalent Experience with automotive DC electrical a plus Basic math and measurement skills Experience in construction, assembly, or fabrication is a major bonus Basic knowledge and experience with automotive DC electrical Ability to read, write, comprehend and verbally communicate simple instructions, short correspondence and memos in English Ability to read and use a linear and other measuring devices Ability to perform all operations within acceptable quality and time standards Experience with various tools; drills, screw gun, table saw, band saw, router, small machinery, power, air and hand tools Will need to have basic hand tools, wrenches, screw drivers, toolbox, etc. Successfully pass a pre-employment drug test and background check Physical requirements: regularly required to stand, crouch, and kneel; frequently required to walk, reach with hands and arms and to use hands and fingers to feel objects, tools and components; occasionally required to stoop or crawl and the ability to talk and hear.
