Job Title: Site Support Associate

Pay Range: $20.00-$25.00 Per Hour
Summary: Supports the bottling, bulk spirits, warehouse, tank house, and/or quality teams by assisting in the productivity of the above functions via various support tasks including preparation and/or organization of materials required between teams or shifts. Occasionally aids in reworking product that has failed quality inspections, and performs miscellaneous tasks related to site and grounds maintenance.

Language Ability:
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of an organization.
Math Ability:
Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume. Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry.
Reasoning Ability:
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
Computer Skills:
To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Word Documents and Google Sheets/Excel Spreadsheets, SAP, Microsoft Outlook.
Education/Experience:
High school diploma or general education degree (GED); and no prior experience or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

The hourly wage of the finalist selected for this role will be set based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to departmental budgets, qualifications, experience, education, licenses, and training.
