Needed for full-time, direct hire position in Gloucester County, NJ directing a caseload of 7 youth, providing oversight to a Clinician who also carries a caseload of 7 youth and supervising the Case Manager, who provides case management and support to all 14 youth on site.
Service Requirements: Provide a minimum of 6 hours of clinical services per youth per week, consisting of:

2 hours of individual therapy

1 hour of family therapy

2 hours of group therapy

1 additional flexible clinical hour (e.g., crisis intervention, skill building, or collateral sessions)
Ensure timely completion of all assessments, screenings, treatment plans, progress notes, intakes, and discharges in compliance with program contract requirements. Provide clinical oversight and supervision to the Clinician and Case Manager to ensure service delivery meets performance metrics and documentation standards.
Schedule Options (consistent weekly schedule required, flexible by semester):

Monday-Friday: Two late days (12-8 or 11-7), remaining days 9-5 or 10-6.

Sunday-Thursday: Same hours as above with only one late day.
