What you will do: As a Business Development Specialist, you’ll be the bridge between online vehicle shoppers and our dealerships. You’ll use email, text, and phone calls to build relationships, answer questions, and guide customers through the early stages of their car-buying journey. Your daily responsibilities will include: Responding quickly to incoming customer calls, emails, and online inquiries Making outbound calls, texts, and emails to follow up with potential and current customers Scheduling appointments for dealership visits Logging all customer interactions and follow-ups into our CRM system Collaborating with sales and service teams to ensure smooth hand-offs and excellent customer service Maintaining accurate customer records and compiling reports as needed     Position Requirements What We're Looking For: High school diploma or equivalent Excellent verbal and written communication skills Friendly, professional attitude with a passion for customer service Strong organizational and time-management skills Comfortable using Microsoft Office and basic computer systems Must pass a pre-employment drug screening, MVR, and background check Physically able to sit, stand, walk, crouch, and type for extended periods   Additional Details: On-site position only (remote work is not available) Rotating Saturday shifts required Opportunity to work with an experienced, supportive team in a fast-paced, people-centered environment   Why Work with Us?
