The Clinician is responsible for planning, developing, and monitoring behavioral support options for clients diagnosed with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities. Responsibilities include completing biopsychosocial assessments and IMDS strengths and needs assessments, developing and updating treatment and discharge plans, and creating safety and soothing plans in collaboration with youth and families. The Clinician may provide individual, group, or family therapy as appropriate, and participates in treatment team meetings to ensure coordinated care.   Position Requirements NJ LSW or LCSW and have at least one year of experience working with youth with I/DD. Strong therapeutic and communication skills are essential, along with the ability to work collaboratively with staff, clients, CMO, and families.
