The BCBA Social Worker will provide training, support, and intervention for clients with pervasive developmental and related disorders, working collaboratively with their families and partner agencies. Responsibilities include behavior management, instructional support, model teaching, and development of resources and assessment tools. The role requires skill in functional assessments, Applied Behavior Analysis, discrete trial training, and natural environment teaching to promote positive behavior strategies and reduce maladaptive behaviors.   Position Requirements MSW with active Board Certification as a BCBA, along with demonstrated experience in behavioral analysis, instructional strategies, communication, and interpersonal relations.
