This is a full-time, M-F, 830a-500p position in the Marietta area on a temporary possibly temp to perm basis. The Team Lead will provide both administrative and clinical supervision to a dynamic team delivering comprehensive treatment services to individuals with severe and persistent mental illness in community settings. Key Responsibilities • Lead a Treatment Team at least 1 day per week. • Manage a minimum caseload of 5 consumers. • Monitor staff caseloads and schedules to ensure required service delivery. • Supervise all team members, fostering a collaborative environment. • Assist with consumer referrals and onboarding. • Ensure every consumer receives at least 4 visits per week. • Oversee timely completion of all failed activities within 24 hours. • Participate in ASO Audit and CARF Review processes.   Position Requirements Must be A licensed clinical social worker (LCSW).   This position is currently accepting applications.
