This position is hybrid (two days on site and three days remote, each week) based in Hempstead, Long Island which is commutable from Queens via public transportation. The role is responsible for oversight of Breast Cancer Hotline and Volunteer Program and will provide licensed counseling to women, men and families coping with Breast Cancer and facilitate English language support groups for individuals coping with Breast Cancer. The social worker will also consult with health care providers to include our Peer-to-Peer program with area hospitals and supervise social work intern(s). Salary Range: when permanent, $65,000-$70,000 and when temporary, the hourly rate is to be determined based on multiple factors.       Position Requirements LMSW is required, as well as at least five years of job-related experience.   This position is currently not accepting applications.
