Hotline and Volunteer Supervisor needed for temporary, full-time (grant funded position, long-term and possibility of becoming permanent) position.
This position is hybrid (two days on site and three days remote, each week). Responsible for oversight of Breast Cancer Hotline and Volunteer Program. Provide licensed counseling to women, men and families coping with Breast Cancer. Facilitate English language support groups for individuals coping with Breast Cancer. Consult with health care providers to include our Peer-to-Peer program with area hospitals. Supervision of social work intern(s).
RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES:

Oversight of Hotline services, including scheduling hotline shifts, evaluation and statewide outreach.

Oversight of Volunteer program, including recruitment, training, supervision and bi-annual celebratory events.

Provide psychosocial support to clients on site at area hospitals and at the Program.

Facilitate English language support groups, and survivorship programming (Warriors Book Club, Exercise Classes, etc.)

Collaborate with community agencies and area hospitals.

Develop and manage relationships with libraries, legislative offices, and community partners in order to attend outreach events to raise awareness for the program.

Assist in the planning and evaluation of educational forums.

Supervise social work intern(s).

On-call nights and weekends for Hotline crisis intervention.

Participate and attend program, community and fundraising events.

Complete session notes and grant reports.

Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
When permanent, $65,000-$70,000. When temporary, hourly rate to be determined and based on multiple factors.
