Second and third shifts are available (see below for specifics). In this role, you'll engage youth in skill-building activities, foster positive relationships, and help create a safe, supportive environment. Key Responsibilities: Lead daily therapeutic activities aligned with individualized treatment goals Build strong, positive relationships with youth and coworkers Ensure safety through crisis prevention and de-escalation Document interventions Participate in supervision, training, and team meetings Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Social Work (BSW) Valid driver's license & insurance Shift Options: Full time second shift: Sat and Sun 10am-8pm; Mon and Tue 1pm-11pm Overnight part time: Sat 11-pm-9am; Mon 11pm-9am; Tue 11pm-9 am   Position Requirements   This position is currently accepting applications.
