Position Title: Line Cook
Location: Trump Winery, Trump Cidery & Albemarle Estate at Trump Winery in Charlottesville, VA - 15 minutes south of Charlottesville city limits and 20 minutes north of Scottsville
Wage: $20/hr - $25/hr + Excellent Benefits
Hours: Full-Time - on-site, non-exempt, regularly scheduled 40 hours/week. Open availability is needed, including evenings and weekends. No late nights

ESSENTIAL DUTIES:
- Prep ingredients and assemble dishes according to recipes and specifications
- Set up and stock stations with all necessary supplies
- Prepare food for service (e.g. chopping vegetables, butchering meat, or preparing sauces)
- Cook menu items in cooperation with the rest of the kitchen staff to appropriate business-level pars
- Receive, and stock inventory appropriately; place orders on occasion when directed, follow FIFO and product rotation to minimize spoilage and waste.
- Ensure that food is prepared and served according to appropriate time levels; during busy moments, utilize tools and practices to ensure the wait is not excessive
- Clean up station and take care of leftover food
