Share Email Opening Title Public Area Heavy Duty Porter  Description The Public Areas Department Heavy Duty Porter is responsible for the deep cleaning, sanitation and property presentation of all Public Areas including but not limited to the parking facilities, back offices, halls and elevators.  Ability to safely and effectively operate heavy duty equipment, carpet shampooing, moving furniture, garage and ground areas, deep cleaning floors, etc. Delivers supplies where needed in bathrooms, offices and other supply closets. Knowledge of safety rules and OSHA regulations.
