Wiseway Supply is a leading wholesale distributor of electrical supplies, and we are looking for a talented and experienced Electrical Distribution Specialist to join our team in the Greater Cincinnati, Ohio area.

The Opportunity:
As an Electrical Distribution Specialist, you will play a crucial role in expanding our reach and impact within the Southwest Ohio, Northern Kentucky, and Southeast Indiana markets. You will be responsible for growing revenue with Eaton-Cutler Hammer products, working closely with both electrical contractors and end-users. This dynamic role offers flexibility to work independently or collaborate with our outside sales representatives.
What You'll Do:
- Design & Consult: Leverage your expertise to design electrical distribution equipment solutions for contractor and end-user installations and utilization.
- Customer Engagement: Develop and nurture strong relationships with electrical contractors and end-users, understanding their needs and providing expert guidance.
- Revenue Growth: Drive sales and increase market share for Eaton-Cutler Hammer products within your assigned territory.
- Liaison & Collaboration: Serve as the primary point of contact between Wiseway Supply and the Eaton Cincinnati Field Sales Office, ensuring seamless communication and strategic alignment.
- Market Intelligence: Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify new opportunities.
Who We're Looking For:
- Experienced Professional: 5-10 years of experience designing electrical distribution equipment for contractor or end-user installation/utilization.
- Technical Expertise: A customer-facing Electrical Engineer or an experienced Low & Medium Voltage Electrical Distribution Sales Representative.
- Brand Familiarity:
- Preferred: Experience with Eaton/Cutler-Hammer brand.
- Accepted: Experience with Schneider Electric-Square D, Siemens, or ABB-GE equipment.
- Relationship Builder: Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with a proven ability to build rapport and trust with diverse customers.
- Self-Starter: Highly motivated, results-oriented, and able to manage your territory effectively.
- Strategic Thinker: Ability to identify and pursue new business opportunities and contribute to long-term growth.
Physical Working Requirements
- Work Environment: Work is primarily performed in an office setting.
- Visual and Auditory Requirements:
- Ability to read and interpret documents, spreadsheets, and written communication clearly.
- Ability to hear and communicate effectively in person, over the phone, and through written communication.
- Manual Dexterity:
- Frequent use of hands and fingers to operate computers, office equipment, and tools.
- Ability to manage paperwork and perform data entry efficiently.
- Travel:
- May require occasional travel to other company locations, supplier meetings, or industry events, which could involve driving or flying.
- Extended Hours:
- Ability to work extended hours, including evenings or weekends, during peak seasons or when meeting deadlines.
