The senior supervisor will facilitate the orientation of new staff, manage staff assignments, and handle all employee relations activities within the department. The senior supervisor will work directly with the physician leaders for CV imaging at NSC and radiology safety officer(s) to ensure the department is well-equipped, and staff are properly trained, educated, and performing within department standards. This position will report directly to the Clinical Operations Manager, and will be primarily located at NSC headquarters at 45 Research Way, Suite 108, East Setauket, NY.   Category Ultra Sound Technician   Exempt/Non-Exempt Exempt   Location North Suffolk Cardiology - Cardiology   Full-Time/Part-Time Full-Time   Position Requirements Work closely with patient service manager and unit coordinator to develop and manage the department schedules Ensure adequate staffing and coverage for all office locations Recruit and orient new staff for the department and ensure competency assessments are met to department-standard Closely monitor CV imaging volume and report weekly to Director and Physician Leadership Collaborate with department lead on industry-standard performance, education, and IAC accreditation requirements Assist in patient care where license and certification is appropriate. Qualifications: Registered in echocardiography and vascular ultrasound (RCS, RDCS, RVT, or RVS) Minimum one year experience in management or leadership role of a cardiac or vascular imaging laboratory Minimum three years experience in cardiac sonography Prior experience with IAC accreditation   Shift Days   Tags Full time, Monday-Friday   Salary Range $104,522-$133,466   Position Senior Supervisor, Imaging and Stress Laboratories   Open Date 8/1/2025   This position is currently accepting applications.
