This role is responsible for responding to inquiries, conducting assessments, making referrals, documenting interactions, and following up to ensure needs are met. This role is M-F from 8:30-5:15. This position is available on a temp, temp to perm, or permanent basis. Key Responsibilities: Respond to inquiries by phone, email, or in person Conduct intake assessments and refer clients to appropriate services Collaborate with internal staff and community partners Maintain detailed records in the client database Provide follow-up and conduct satisfaction surveys Participate in community outreach Occasional client home visits   Position Requirements BSW, MSW preferred Access to personal transportation   This position is currently accepting applications.
