The Case Manager helps clients stabilize their finances by assessing needs, developing individualized budgets and care plans, and connecting them to benefits, employment support, and community resources. This role is M-F from 8:30-5:15. This position is available on a temp, temp to perm, or permanent basis. Key Responsibilities: Conduct client intakes, assessments, and develop care plans Assist clients with budgeting and accessing financial assistance Refer clients to internal and external support services Manage financial tracking spreadsheets Participate in community outreach Occasional client home visits   Position Requirements BSW, MSW preferred Up to 30% travel required (must have access to transportation).   This position is currently accepting applications.
