Will assess client needs, provide each client with an individualized treatment plan, provide individual and group therapy, and facilitate the implementation of appropriate discharge plans.   Position Requirements LSW. Experience and training in Motivational Interviewing, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Universal Screening is preferred. Evidence Based Practice Certifications.
